Seen by the total expression a person mourinho that could influence the total attitude of all of his player.2. Seen by his expression that the focus when observing the running of the match 3. Seen by his expression stood the feeling of being sick when seeing a failure in the team, the expression a person who accept totally the feeling of being sick that without avoiding him. 4. Seen how strong a person mourinho held the commitment after he said is prepar to carry out the task among them: a.The total look for the best method for the team to win b.Totally only focuses in that is best for the team like the obsession that is not cut off although being tempt by the press for another thing. All of his professionalism attitude is proven succeed in increasing his capacity and his players capacity in the team and already clear for the moment the totality of professionalism mourinho will pacify the heart anyone the fund sling for his team.The impression that until is mourinho defend his team with all the spirit and the body of the key question whether mourinho a professional true? the answer OK if that he defend is pure the interests of his team not himself or the management and the owner of the team or anyone who had the power on himself in the team.Such is the dilemma professionalism, his key question stay same whether defending the interests of the individual or defending the interests together, the indicator of his foundation is the code of ethics that refers in the values of basic philosophy is form by him an organization that including the organization mission and vision. The superior or the management and the owner or anyone who had the power on himself to be part of the organization that also must refer to the available values in the organization as commitment highest that must be made the guide for all the member organization. the professionalism challenge in the form of the collision of these interests only could be pass constructively the transparent organization and accountable that only could be built by the organization that is systematic in the working system. Not all the organization that fail to be cause by his persons are unprofessional, but an organization that contain unprofessional people could have been ascertain will experience the failure or at least will change towards the form of the pure identity.

Since studied the management in the postgraduate program magisterial the management, I could just feel the difference that became his unique. This that was the foundation for me to asked colleagues HR to continue his study.
The difference was most important was in seeing the problem comprehensively (not substantive like in the scholar's program), observed in the certain area like helicopter view to afterwards be sorted and grouped towards one area that will be analyzed.
From here began to be developing the understanding about the integration of the very interesting system, where each aspect of the management had the interaction to one another. Technically this just could we felt the meaning to be true from the study about the management generally, in part:
1. The study of the management literally always headed one direction that is the positive growth in order to increases the dignity of the life of humankind.
2. The positive growth was produced by an entity that was constructive himself and his environment.
3. So that an entity could have a constructive character then inside must be invested by culture and leadership that was strong to be able to change and always learn from the past to produce better in the future.
So essence actually a study of the management not made the management system for an entity, but developed the entity to be able to consciously developed the system for his function and integrated himself with all the aspect that was linked with him with the aim of the progress together that originated in the awareness of the existence of the integration between them to one another.
When the entity achieved a level of the progress from their integration, then was they as best practice that became the raw material of a theory that afterwards was entered in a book.
Here was seen clear the point of view mistake that was experienced by me before, where I gazed at the study of the management likely the weight, reading each book with very serious, was accompanied by energy that was drained, was ended with the narrow fanaticism about a new theory.
Clear study the management had the characteristics that were same between one in another manner, only his level that always was stratified towards the best form from a newest building that was matched with the latest change from the combination of the micro and macro environment from a group or the community.
So as to be able to be understood why not all the theories could be applied in the different group. This concept was obviously found by me in the Beyond Learning Organization book (Jerry & Maycunich, 2001) that opened the new understanding that each group will develop the assumption together and tested him to the reference for filled knowledge reservoir took the form of the knowledge warehouse with new knowledge that afterwards was matched to be made use of for the increase in his achievement. If we the focus to one study field, then his leading thread will be very very visible so as we could have assumed, theorized and tested or reflected him with a reference. We could feel a book before reading the contents of the book.
The understanding about this matter reinforced my beginning assumption concerning the importance of the constructive awareness of the environment of heading to the target in an integrated manner achieved the progress in the interest of together.
The increase in the understanding after joining this postgraduate program was very significant in developing the capacity to analyze the management system comprehensively and strategically really was recommended for the HR practitioner to bring about the role of the identity as the company strategic partner’s.
